The Leoncavallo F1 Racing Team is a Swiss-based Team with the sole ambition and motivation of competing in Formula One, thus our ultimate and primary goal. This Team also has the desire to ensure continuity and the second generation of Swiss-teams, succeeding to the now-retired Sauber Petronas outfit, now BMW Sauber F1 Team; whilst bringing it to the next step, hence winning championships both in the Driver's and Constructor's races.

Innovation is the primary factor that drives this Team forward, hence our official motto "The Innovative Way to Innovate Innovation". This is a unique percepective in that we are motivated to accomplish our goal using nothing but our own resources, knowledge, motivation and ambition.
