At the basis, the concept of The Leoncavallo F1 Racing Team was a childhood dream. Every child has his or her dream or mission in life, some of them are simple and easy things, which does not make them less important; others are out of the ordinary or so complex that they are impossible for a person to grasp. Every child wants more than anything to realize their childhood dream, no matter how exceptional this dream may be. There is a common saying that states that if one applies their mind and effort to something, they can accomplish anything. This is the concept of innovation that has driven this Team to where it is today and will carry on driving it in the future.

Formula One is currently undergoing a massive crisis, which is serious, to the extent that if appropriate action is not taken in an acceptable timeframe, we could see it dissolve and eventually become a fraction of our memory. Formula One is governed by excessive costs and the time has come for action. Our Mission is not only to make it to Formula One, but to generate a revolution, to show that Formula One Teams can survive with a limited budget and generate profit margins through annex activities. We all know about the French revolution, not for the fact that it transformed France from an absolute monarchy to a democracy, but because it inspired other nations to follow in the footsteps to democracy and away from the monarchy. The Leoncavallo F1 Racing Team has the desire to become the spark the will light the fire and to save the sport of Formula One on a long-term basis.
